Your SimpleMove journey
Step 1
Choose your perfect home style and complete the SimpleMove application form with our Sales Advisor.
Step 2
Our nominated Assisted Move Specialists will visit you at your home.
Step 3
We will prepare an independent marketing appraisal of your home based on Selling Agents recommendations to ensure you maximise value and secure a swift sale.
Step 4
Once we have agreed valuations with you then you may complete the holding form against your chosen home, and we’ll get your home on the market.
